- The software requirements have not been met by the customer.s PC configuration. It is up to the customer to review the latest requirements information at the official software web-resource.
- Software delivery was partially or not completed due to internet connection problems (client-side).
- Technical and/or Customer Support are not available from the original manufacturer for some reason.
- Updates are not available from the original software manufacturer for some reason.
- The problem regarding the OEM software package is not correctly described due to lack of knowledge, language barriers, lack of communication (client-side), etc.
- Software caused PC or any other damages. Our company is not responsible for the way customers use OEM software provided by us.
